Possibly Yes, As our New President  Hon CA Amarjit Chopra is understood to be a very Student Friendly Person

As a matter of protocol & respect to the rules framed by His coll. past president he may not scrap or make very vast changes in the Rule but dfntly some way out rule would be framed. Wait to see that news soon

I will thank you only after 10-15 days  when some positive announcement on transfer will be dere on d website..Waise yeh possible bhi ho sakta because CA Amarjit Chopra is quite a good person..Lets hope for the Best..Abhishek tujhe main party dunga agar kuch aisi anouncement hoti hai to..

May waheguru make this thinf true. Chopra can't make this entirely condition free; but he can make it relaxed. I just want him to put conditions like it should not be before 6 months before exams; if anyone has taken transfer before 27.3.09 they also can take transfer; and it should not be more than 3 times in same city; time between 2 transfer should not be less than 10 months in any case inter or intra city.

but the announcement regarding articleship could rather be

a)reduction of articleship for pcc stream (good news)

b)implementing e-diary(bad news)

than revoking transfer rules.
