Matter of debate,whther such products fall under regulatory of SEBI or IRDA..

SEBI has has put a ban due to non-compliance of Ins Comp to register with SEBI for selling such products.....

I think the matter will be sorted out shortly..Ins companies will definately do something,as such ban will directly affect their sales..
