Dear sir
my client is doing wood trade and provide vehicles to supply iron but vehicles are not owned. Vehicles are provided by individual LORRY owners but the freight amount paid by recipient company to our client account and paying GST UNDER RCM @ 5%.my client is collected and paid to the LORRY owners...whether we have to pay GST ON AMOUNT PAID TO LARRY OWNERS
