Service by a GTA There are two options


1. 12 percent with full ITC

2. 5 percent GST under RCM which will be able to claim the same in full with normal ITC


but apart from these two options we can bill 5 percent of any shipper without ITC. 


Could this be the third slab rate will available for GTA company.

And if yes, can any one of these three be maintained in the company , they can only maintained one
