kindly advise me if im receiveing a transportation service (which is fall under gta) from a unregistered GTA Firm then in my gstr1 where i have to show these invoices for tax liability and for input as well

Not required to show it in your GSTR-1, you should disclose the same in GSTR 3B and pay tax on the same under RCM.
