As per amendment Act 31, 2018 , notified by notification 3/2019, dt. 29.1.19, the Vertical Registration being omitted in rule 11 of cgst act & substituted by "tax payer can take a multiple registration within state under same PAN"

Hence you can take 2 registration , one for your services under RCM & other for Your Services under FCM

one of my client is doing transport business with RCM and FCM in one GST registration .He is taking the input credit on proportionate basis of RCM and FCM turnover basis .
