GTA rate is 5% clarified by GST council and further no ITC avalable .
ealier in ST law also Mfrs (Receipeients) are paying ST @ 70 value of frieght and getting Cenvat benefit.
why this facility is not available in GST?

previous the service tax rate was 15% and 70% on that was 10.5% but now in gst it was straight 5% and relatively low...
