Interstate registered gta providing to pay builty without showing tax amount and i am paying by cash how to make entries in books keeping the tax input in mind

Expenses A/c dr.... Input tax Ac dr.... To Cash ac..... But cash payment is not allowed... Is is disallow expenses if u pay in cash

sir but what about tax input ? since the transporter not providing document indicating gst no and tax element pls help

Haha... Don't promote cash transactions that's why said... Section 40A(3A)...I also know this section... Sorry to reply ur query

For transporter cash limit is Rs. 35000....for others it is Rs 10000

Search his GSTIN no through his pan card no... Thats is the problem when u make payment in cash...

Whether he is a registered GTA?? If not then no need to pay RCM... But without bill how can u book the expenses when payment is made in cash.. No proof... In case of chq payment this problem is not arisen

U can search GSTIN By his pan card on gst portal... Plz take bilty bill from him... Without bill how u can record the expenses.. As payment is made in cash
