GSTR9C question

In GSTR9C for the F.Y. 2018-19 & 2019-2020 why it is again asking turnover for the period April 2017 to June 2017 as it has already been stated in GSTR9C- for the F.Y. 2017-18.  If it is entered then difference shows, please suggest is it mandatory to fill ?

Not required to show the turnover of FY 2017-18 again
