in Gstr4, Whether 4c column for booking of purchases from unregistered dealers , means purchases covered only under RCM or all purchases from unregistered dealers !
If all purchases (i.e. other than rcm also , then what to fill in invoice no. Etc ) coz unregistered person never gives invoice ;?

only purchases from unregistered dealer which attracts rcm should be mentioned.
and as per notification 38/2017, from 13 th oct 2017 to 31st march 2018 even though purchases from unregistered dealers attracts rcm,they are exempt which means you need not pay tax as per rcm for purchases from unregistered dealers wherever applicable after 13 th oct till 31 St March 2018.

Practically in offline utility from 01-10-2017 it is not accepting any invoice entries in 4c column.
