My view is you should wait for Notifications to be issue by council
18 oct18 is last day to file GSTR4, why wait for notifications.
After the due date, late fee and interest is to be paid.

in GSTR4 while answering questions shall we left blank in 4a column. if so we are getting message fill all questions.
if you want show purchase select yes or else no for not showing without purchase.
