GSTR4
I have entered in details of offline GSTR4 and paid the tax due on 26-12-2017.Total Outward Supplies is ₹.687600,CGST Dues ₹.3438,SGST Dues ₹.3438.This amount paid through internet banking and this amount shows in Electronic Cash Ledger.But I can not file the GSTR 4 show due to error message . please offset the pending liabilities.No interest or late fee shown in the site .Give me a solution to file GSTR4

GO TO THE BOX "PAYMENT OF TAX"
AND CLICK ON OFFSET LIABILITIES
AND THEN YOU CAN FILE THE RETURN
i think it is TECHNICAL Problems. plzs contact gst heldisck
This error shows from 26 th December onwards
