Please guide..
1. GSTR3B for Oct 2019 submitted
2. GST Portal showing only Table 4 (Claimed ITC) but doesn't showing Table 3.1 (Sales / outward supplies) in spite of that JSHON file contaning both data.

If it already submited we cannot change it.
If you have submitted you can't change it
Before submit check data wether upload correctly inrrspective tab or not then proceed with submission now you can adjust in November month GSTR3B return.
before submitting the return , taxpayers should click GENERATE SUMMARY button at last left corner.
Solution : Now take effect of the same in next month

If GSTR-1 return then it's required to file then see the details in comparison table...
If GSTR 3B then only values shown in GSTR 3B filed values...
