Pls tell me the last date of GSTR3B March 2020

5th July 2020 is the last date for filing GSTR3B for the month of march 2020.
July 5th 2020 is the last date time being
July 3 in case of taxpayers having turnover upto 5 cr and July 5 in case of taxpayers having turnover above 5 cr

What is the late fees if I fill my return of March 2020 on 6 july is the late fees is calculated from april or from 6th july
