I am getting error RT-R2BR3B-1108 while filling GSTR3B for October 2020. I have to file nil return GSTR3B via EVC. On the final screen while filling return it is prompting for GSTR2B return along with the error code that I mentioned. But I am not able to proceed anywhere with GSTR 2B return. Kindly help

then you received a six digit number for validation
send that to CNF (space) 6digit verification code to 14409
then you received your ARN number for successful return

Sir,I am getting the same error, unfortunately my registered mobile number is not available,though I have requested to update my new no,till now it is not done,how can I proceed?
