I have uploaded my supply invoices in gstr1 for the month of october and would like to claim ITC on the same . 

proceeding to GSTR3B , the tax payable coloumn display "ZERO". payable Amounts has not been reflected . i couldnot alter it too.

Is there any solutioin to this ?

Please contact to gst help desk or take a screen shot of that tax column & mail it to gst help desk mail ID.

If your ITC is more than Liabilities then no need to Payable...

Please post your query detailed with your transactions... and Screen Shot like your problems here....
