I want to know that if somebody has not filled GSTR-3B from July 2017 so what are the provisions applicable on it.

File and pay late fees accordingly
Late fee is applicable for GSTR 3B Return Of filing after the due date.
* Nil Return then Rs 20/day (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs 10) applicable.
* Other than Nil return Is 50/day (CGST Rs 25 & SGST Rs 25) (Maximum charged Rs 10000 for every month (CGST Rs 5k & SGST Rs 5k)
