Was it necessary to file GSTR1A for previous months (July/ August/ September /October 2017), even if there was no action required to be taken in a particular month?

Yes we should file
the no action will disabled after 30 Nov 2017 after that we have a option to file within due date.
Yes we have to file it even if there is no action required.
is there any fine on non-filing?, other returns were on time
No idea of fine on non-submission of GSTR-1A but its GST & anything happens in it...
So better to comply with all requirements
