GSTR1 return error file is empty what to do?

I am GSTR1 return file uploaded and against we received a error file which is only 1 kB . and in offline tool shows nothing.

sir , how can we check last financial year sale in tally ? sale accounts in balance sheet inclusive of taxes or excluded bof taxes ? please provide me the information ?

our sales figures maintained in tally by taxable values . as per our balance sheet certified by CA we entered last year sales and from current year tally we entered upto june 2017 sale from profit and loss account
