In November 2021 GSTR1 return, I forget provide HSN summary and filed it.
Is there any way to rectify this problem.
I shall be highly grateful.

You can show in GSTR9 final return .
There is no option to alter hsn code details u can provide the details of hsn code of past month in the current month.
Please correct above my reply , it's Annual return not Final return , you show in Final return .
