Notification No. 71/2017 – Central Tax (New Delhi, the 29th December, 2017 )

Extends the due dates for quarterly furnishing of FORM GSTR-1 for taxpayers with aggregate turnover of upto Rs.1.5 crore.

Notification No. 72/2017 – Central Tax (New Delhi, the 29th December, 2017 )

Extends the due dates for monthly furnishing of FORM GSTR-1 for taxpayers with aggregate turnover of more than Rs.1.5 crores.

As per my understanding,

The Govt had reduced late fee for GSTR3B filling but for GSTR1 Late fee may be there 200 per day.

Late Fee applicable as per GSTR 3B... It's mean 

NIL Return - Rs. 20 (CGST Rs. 10 & SGST Rs. 10)

Other than NIL Return - Rs. 50 (CGST Rs. 25 & SGST Rs. 25)

GSTR -1 Due date extended to 15th January, 2018.
