IF BY MISTAKE, GSTR1 IS SUBMITTED, THEN HOW TO RECTIFY IT?

once return is filed it cannot be rectified
you will have option to amend(means change any mistake which you have done in particular month) any invoices/debit note in GSTR 1 of succeeding month.

IF THE RETURN IS SUBMITTED, THEN ONE CAN DELETE IT?
no you can't delete but Amend in next month
