As of now there is no late fees on GSTR 1.

As of now no Late Fees U/s 47 of the CGST Act 2017 is being charged by the GST portal ( GSTN ) for late filing of FORM GSTR-1.
No late fees is charged by the department for late filing of GSTR 1 currently.
