If we upload JSON file for GSTR1 by due date what happens to to auto populated GSTR1 for IRN generated invoices . Will the entries not become double

GSTR1 JSON V/S AUTOPOPULATED DATA

Avoid uploading a full JSON file that includes the B2B section if your e-invoices are already appearing on the portal. It is safer to reconcile the auto-populated data and only upload the supplementary data (like B2C or HSN details) that the system hasn't already captured.
