What is the Last date for filing GSTR1 for Jan to March 2019? Is it 30th April or 11th April as shown in the portal? Thanks in advance!

GST portal says the Last date for filing as 13th April. System error? Last date for filing GSTR1 is still 30th April?

We file gstr1 quarterly still the last date for payment being displayed on the portal is 13th April. Can anyone help in understanding this?
