I have opted the filing gstr 1 from monthly to quartly as because my turnover was less than 5 cr, but now turnover is more than 5 cr , now i want to change the return filing option from quartly to monthly, but option is not available please help me in this regard

The option to opt for filing Quarterly GSTR-1 or Monthly GSTR-1 is available only at the beginning of the Financial Year.

No you can opt for monthly filing in between the financial year
