@ N B Ashok Rao Thanks for the update. I was able to file it after 2 tries. Earlier it gave error mobile number and email not registered but on 2nd try it was done @ 5.20pm

Dear All

Make the Internet Explorer 11 as your default browser

In that browser log in to GST portal

File the GSTR1

You will not get "Error! Invoices already Submitted "

Making the Internet Explorer 11 as your default browser only will solve the problem

Hi All, I Just tried GSTR-1 filing, it successfully filed, I think problem has been resolved, try youself also.

Gstr 3b for August too had been filed with no issues.

Some GSTR error can be resolved by 1. *Error!Invoice already submitted.* Can be resolved by filing thru evc in *internet explorer 11* 2. Error related to *digital signature error* can be resolved only by filing return thru internet explorer { not By google crome } and also First uninstall old emsigner application and download new from gst portal. Above mentioned resolve Are purely based on my personal experience.
