I am trying to file gstr1 return for July 2017 on system portal.
I have saved and successfully submitted the data.
But when i try to file the return with EVC option and after entering the OTP received, the message come on the screen is " Error, invoices already submitted". What does that mean ?
I have tried this for 5_6 times but every time same error pops up.

It's face some person and also me. It's website overload problem and Error in filing. So, wait it ll be clear...

I have mailed to gst helpline about same and called helpline number also. As per them, its system issue and will be resolved by today or tomorrow. Lets wait.

You ll try to now. Bcoz., Some issues were solved. Ex: NIL return is supported without any figures. So, Your problem ll be solved. Check it and reply here.....

I am also face the same problem, I think the problem raise on Friday evening. Alrady communicate with helpline. But till now no response.

In case anyone said Your process at the time of filing. (A to Z) then we can try to find the error....
There are many glitches in the portal.. let's cooperate and wait!!
I had a word at the helpline..they assured me that the filing process is working in the background and nothing to worry. Server can't take that load.
GST's payment receiving software is perfect, बाकी साब कूछ राम भरोसा chal रहा है। उपर से मंत्रीजी कहते है की २०० रुपय प्रती दिने जूर्मना लगेगा अगर return file करने मे देरी की तो.
I have mailed at helpdesk 4 days back on 1.9.17 but not resolution till date. I have sent the screenshot also but no way.
Again tried but invain.
