if somebody not file her return from sep 2017 to till now. And now department cancel his regisration. party also want to cancel his registarion . In this case what he do? . they paid penalty and file return after that surender gst registration. or nothing he do. because department cancel his registration.

the returns have to be filed to avoid provisional assessment by department
Its better to contact to your Jurisdiction officer .
As in future you wont be able obtain the GSTN on same PAN
