GSTR 9C FY error

GSTR 9C excel utility not accepting financial year 19-20...but accepting 17-18 & 18-19...However there was no requirement of 9c in 17-18 & 18-19. What is the possible reason for this

Quick Summary
Users are encountering an issue where the GSTR 9C Excel utility accepts financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19 but not 2019-20, despite 2017-18 and 2018-19 not requiring GSTR 9C. The utility is up-to-date, yet selecting FY 19-20 results in a red sign in the FY tab and prevents progression to Part A. Another user reported no such problem.

Download new utility.

Utility is new only...and it is showing but not moving forward for part A if I select 19-20...Showing Red sign in FY tab
