Gatr 9 has been filed on 5 Jan 21 for fy 18-19 & gatr 9c will be filled on 18 jan 21 Whether signing date of gatr 9c can be 31 Dec 20

You can select 31 Decemeber 2020 but you are not allowed to generate UDIN for audit older than 15 Days
