Yes need to provide under table 15 of GSTR 9 .

Note : As per Notification 56/2019 CT : Table 15 is optional.

Table 15 of form GSTR 9 is to be filled for the period April'18 to March'19 only and not beyond these dates.
Also, this table is made optional for FY 17-18 & 18-19.
