table no 8 point no A - Itc auto populated is not matched with gstr 2A and reconcilation sheet ITC credit claim (reconcilation sheet provided by govt on portal).
How can it can be matched?

Still if you find difference between annual return auto populated data and GSTR-2A. File the annual return with negative values. Later you can justify the department even if u receive a notice.

same problem, we take RS 200/- as IGST ItC because we have original invoice

yes anshuman you can file with negative fiqures .
But you must have Original copy of Tax Invoice & goods recept proof .

If the ITC is availed after sep'18 for the invoice pertaining to f.y.17-18 then ITC can be availed only if it is reflecting in GSTR-2A
It is because ITC details In GTSR 9 are updated upto 28/02/2018 only i.e ITC which is reflected in March 2018 GSTR2A is not reflecting in GSTR9. Please wait for the next upadation

No the 2a is being updated on portal under table 8A till 30/4/2019
But many supplier are still filing gstr 1 for fy 2017 -18 so ,its being updated in 2a but not in 8A of gstr9
