GSTR 9 FOR COMPOSITION TAXABLE PERSONS

1).Whether it's mandatory to report Purchases in GSTR 9 for FY 18-19.
and
2).While reporting Turnover of previous FY i.e 17-18 we have to report turnover from Apr 17 to March 18 or from Jun17 to Mar 2018.
