As of now the due date is 31st Mar-20

But is it activated? How to file if it is not yet activated?

If it's not activated then we can wait further availability/updates...

Is it activated for you? FY 2018-19?

Yes... FY 18-19 Annual return tap and forms are activated in GST portal.
But, ITC is not updates correct/fully...

Just checked again. Its activated for me too. Earlier it was showing that it is still processing the return (forgot exact message that it was showing)

@ Mr Amish.,

Yes Dear...
Detail will be updating. But, It's not fulfill with our details...
So, Wait on further updates as per our requirements...

(May be date will be extend. So, we will wait 😌😌😌 )

For me:

GSTR 3B (ITC and supply) totals in table 6 are showing correctly.
GSTR 1 (Supply) totals in table 4 are also showing correctly.

But:
GSTR2A total (under table 8A) is showing ZERO!!

I complained to GSTN and they asked me to do the following:

------
Resolution: Dear taxpayer, it is regarding issue where GSTR2A data is showing as zero in Table 8A of GSTR9 form, first you need to save your form GSTR9 data. When you are done with saving your form GSTR9 data, we request you that please do not to click on "Compute Liabilities" button. And check the status next day for data in Table 8A of GSTR9 form. Please raise a new ticket for any other issue. Team GSTN.
------

I followed above steps and waited for a day but it did not work. But then I did additional steps as follows and after 2 days it worked.

It addition to above steps I also went to "Returns Dashboard", Selected year "2018-19" / Month March. Then click Search and then click "Comparison of Liability declared and ITC claimed". System will begun some calculation.

After doing above wait for 1-2 days. And figures should appear in table 8A

In short: Do not click "Compute Liabilities" and follow above steps. And wait for 2 or 3 days.
