GSTR 9 due date
What is the due date of GSTR 9 for financial year 19-20

31st december 2020
As of now it's 31st December 2020 ( as laid down under Section 44 of the CGST Act 2017 ) but it is bound to be extended since the due date to file GSTR-9 for FY 2018-19 is also 31st December 2020 ( 31/12/2020 ).
