GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C

Credit notes issued in F.Y 2019-20 pertaining to FY 2018-19 but the issue is it's accounting effect is given in books of account of FY 2019-20 and in return aslo. So is there any adjustment required in Annual return GSTR -9 and GSTR-9C for FY 2018-19.
