GSTR 9 and 9C
I have filed GSTR9 for the year ended 31/03/2020 and the T.O. is 12 crore. If I file 9C after 01/03/21 weather the penalty applies for that. if yes penalty for 9 or 9C

Yes penalty is 200 per day for that also
Yes it will applicable
Only 200 per day or RS 25000 alsi applies
The date is extended to 31st March 2021 so no penalty and late fees as mentioned in press note issue by department
