One of my clients has various branches across India. I am handling their Tamil Nadu branch. Turnover for 2017-18 is 60Lakhs only. Whereas aggregate Turnover of all the branch exceeds 2Crores. Now I would like to know whether I am liable to file for 2017-18? And can I file for 2018-19 without filing for 2017-18. Experts please guide.

Yes you have to file because agreegate turnover covers pan India limit. if you have same pan for all branches then you have to file separately. first file 17-18 then file 18-19
