if purchases made from unregistered person who doesn't have pan, in the table for supply received from unregistered supplier how to fill it?

Are you talking about Table 4C of GSTR4 ?.
Yeah 4c of the table input supply received from unregistered supplier
Just confirm with. CBIC help desk , is pan necessary for unregistered person .you will get help desk number at CBIC Web site .
