Whether gstr 3b revisable, if yes, please give me procesure.

No... GSTR 3B (and GST returns) is not revisable...
Gst 3B cannot be revised but can be rectified in next return by adjusting it.
In GST there is no provision for Revising of Returns. Yes you can correct it in your subsequent 3B
