I am working in Rainwear Garment Manufacturing factory and we paid GST on purchase of Other Indirect expenses related goods or services & fixed assets goods ,Construction realeted goods...so can i required show in GSTR-3B or ineligible ITC column..??

Yes... You can avail ITC for the purchase ( Other Indirect expenses related goods or services & fixed assets goods ) and You will show it in All Other ITC column...
