1- Aren't GSTR-3 and GSTR-3B the same?
2- Is the late fees for filing of quarterly GSTR-1 waived off?

No gstr 3, & 3b are not the same

late fee till sept 17 for gstr1 is waived

  • NO GSTR 3B IS PROVISIONAL RETURN ONLY FOR PAYING TAX AND SETOFF LIABILITY HOWEVER, GSTR 3 IS FINAL RETURN 
  • NO LATE FEE HAS BEEN WAIVED FOR GSTR 1

I filed the GSTR-1 return for the 3rd quarter late by around 25 days. In which return do I need to make the payment of late fees?

till sept 17 for gstr1 no late fee.
the late fee will ask when u file 3B
