No gstr 3, & 3b are not the same

- NO GSTR 3B IS PROVISIONAL RETURN ONLY FOR PAYING TAX AND SETOFF LIABILITY HOWEVER, GSTR 3 IS FINAL RETURN
- NO LATE FEE HAS BEEN WAIVED FOR GSTR 1
I filed the GSTR-1 return for the 3rd quarter late by around 25 days. In which return do I need to make the payment of late fees?
