Gstr-2a Reconcile to purchase register

Match all purchase bill parties wise as you have and match parties wise through GSTr2A and invoice no. are also mention in GSTr2A
soo if any missing Invoice, check and so on

How can reconcile gstr-2a & purchase register , how can we use gst offline tools?

You can simply download or if the data is less view the GSTR2A online match the same with your purchase data to check if any particular vendor bill is missing.

Cleartax gst software (website) is a good option for u to match gstr 2a with purchase register.
it has option to import books data and matches it with auto populated gstr 2a which it generates itself.
its free for first month and u can use it without any restrictions.
note: i am not a seller agent of clear tax . i have no connection with clear tax and i m not promoting the same.
I am telling u this because matching each and every bill by urself is very difficult ..
So please do tell me if face any problem ..

You can use excel for your reconcilation

You can use vlookup for this

Ok sir , GSTIN no.par vlookup lga na kya?

No invoice no. par

You can even do it in tally.  import the json file in gstr 2 and it will show you reconciled entries.

We can't work properly vlookup due to date format different portal & tally export in excel file, kindly suggest & help us.
