Gstr 2A Doubt

As on 11/12/2019 my gstr 2A shows cgst 12000 sgst 12000 , 20/12/2019 on cgst 15000 sgst 15000 which ITC take on gstr 3b and please clarify cuttoff date for ITC take on 2A

Even myself have the same doubt sir. what happens if we miss to download GSTR 2A on 11 or 12th

In the new rule or in the circular given by the department there is no cut off date mentioned.But from the example provided in the Circular itself it can understood as on the date of filing 3b. It may be even 20th of the Month.The balance ITC may claimed in succeeding months as shown in example in circular itself.

No cutoff date as per Notification, it is understood that, whenever you will have to file GSTR3B before 1 or 2 hr download GSTR2A and compare with your Tax GL's.

Claim ITC based GSTR 2A with new rule as per the date of filling when You file Your return.

At time filling gstr 3b , you should compare both gstr 2a and your itc, if excess amount in gstr 2a, you have rights to claim it ,

Proposed name(s) includes the name of foreign country, the same shall be allowed only when the applicant produces any proof of significance of business relations with such foreign country like Memorandum of Understanding with a company of such country as per Rule 8A(1)(t) of Companies (Incorporation) Fifth Amendment Rules, 2019. Further, mention objects of the proposed company.

SO I HAVE ATTACHED NOC OVER COMPANY LETTER HEAD BUT STILL THE MCA WAS REJECTED THE NAME WHICH CONTAINS FOREIGN NAME

BUT HERE THE POINT IS THE SAME PERSON WHO IS THE DIRECTOR OF FOREIGN COMPANY WANTS INCORPORATE A COMPANY IN INDIA WITH THE SAME NAME

CAN YOU SUGGEST FOR THIS HOW TO GET THE SAME NAME WHICH CONTAINS FOREIGN WORDS FOR EG: EAST LONDON
