my GST registration is cancelled in 2019 and get the cancellation order with no liability ...but now portal showing liability of 10000 ..late fees ..Is it mandatory to pay..because I was unaware of this late..fees after getting cancellation order.

You should contact with Gst helpline by intimating the officials of your cancellation notice acknowledgement with no liability
