GSTR 10 CA CERTIFICATE

If I have to fill nil GSTR 10 do I still need ca certificate?

No..... In term of Rule 44(3), read with Section 18(4) , CA certificate need to be uploaded , where invoice related to ock available

Whereas you don't have even stock . So no CA certificate is required to be uploaded

you have to discharge all liabilities along with interest , penalty , fees , if any before filing GSTR_10 

And no CA certificate is required if no stock is there .
