One of the running kirana store. they annual turnover is more then 2cr (all sales are cash sale). they are not maintaining stock details quantity wise properly due to cash sales (all customers are end users & not possible to issue bill every time). in gstr 1 we have to give hsn summry quantity wise. they don't have quantity wise details Please suggest me for filling of gstr 1. thanks in advance

Nothing can be done as law has to be follows , but in computer there are many software available in market which gives such details , u just make ur billing computerised.

If You are not maintain bill to Bill then Keep it with Consolidated bill and details.

There are many softwares that maintain bill and also calculation of gst with customers details ,such softwares also maintain quantity wise details ,if bill are not ussued at a time just make that bill in software and keep it for your purpose and when at the time of filing gstr1 use that software details to fike gstr1
it will save u time but u will need to appint one peraon reason regarding this to maintain data ,also since you are general store u would have to do reverse calculation becoz most of the products would be on mrp basis however softwares does that all
