what happens if gstr 1 return is not filled

You can file it from 31st October onwards
i am asking about gstr 1 of july month
note able to filled gstr 1 of july month yet
I am also talking about return of July month. If you couldn't file till 10th of October then you cant file till 30th October.
ok and then if i file gstr 1 return of july after 30th october then will there be any charges incurred
As per law yes, but its probable that government waives it.
if i have filled the gstr 3b of august month but thers some mistake in that data . is there any kind of ammendment proces. which we can??

Actually the date for gstr 2 has been extended. The logic of the government was that no gstr 1 should be filed till filing for gstr 2 is complete. I think Government will bring out a clarification soon.
