Gstr-1 not filed but claim last year input
if we not filed gstr-1 but we claim input for last year I July 3b return now so we are eligible for input or in future we can get a notice for claim input of last year 2020-21

Gstr1 is filed by the supplier. If not filed, the buyer can't claim ITC because of rule 36(4).
Not sure whether this reply is apt because your query is not clear to me.
M talking about buyer gstr 1 actually it's last date so we didn't file gstr 1 yet but file 3b for claim itc for last year which shown in 2A of 20-21
